So far so good, it it my first time with this hosting company, we'll see how it goes, I cannot say much on the first day of my signup, so time will tell if the experience is good or bad, but I hope for the best.
I have been with a good number of hosting providers/fascilitators in South Africa and NOT ONE comes close to the attention to detail as Absolute Hosting does. Their service, support, products are all top notch but it is their STAFF that really make the difference. They're clued up, friendly, helpful and go the extra mile without even thinking about it. I have been with these guys for few months now and its for the first time i have been in this business , their support has taught me a lot of things that i did not know - thanks guys for an amazing experience .
I have been customer for two years for absolute Hosting, one day i found that one of my system is not accessible online and giving me errors, when i checkout i found that they have deleted database and user, when i ask them they said domain its owing, i told them its not owing, its paid for, when ask them why they delete database, they told me whenever domain has overdue invoice they delete database, honestly i was so angry, never felt so angry, i had clients who use my system in their businesses, it means they cant work because the system is not available online and their data is deleted from database, my clients now think i am bad services provider and going to loose them.
When complained they say they are suspending my services for my systems and my services with immediate effect, i thought they joking, they said reason for suspension is abuse,said i abuse them when i complain, honestly it is not acceptable the way the do things, I thought its a big company, i realize the owner is one who handle the customers. I beg him to allow my other websites and software's to remain online until the month end, so that i can have time relocate them to other hosts, still he refused, he suspend all my services, my clients websites and system were offline, it was explaining to my clients about the situation we were going true, some understood, some didn't, i felt so hurt by their treatment.
Other accident happened while i was still new to their hosting, i accidentally clear wwrroot, when i upload my application it was not working, when ask support they told me i should pay for more than R800 for them to restored it, i thought they joking, they still have to refund me money i paid in advance for hosting services. Am warning every one who is intending to use their services to look for a reliable professional hosting. Other wise you will be left stranded and confused as i am. I had a horrible experience, am hurting even now as am speaking. I have been using online services for a very long time, i have never experience anything like this, this was horrible evil services i ever had.
You have neglected to mention within your review how your services ran on our platform without issues for months until you either deleted website content and requested us to restore content to which this incurs a charge, or until you failed to pay your accounts on time and your services were suspended and terminated - invoice 99141 which is well beyond due.
You deliberately created multiple tickets for the same issue whilst a restore was in place and despite being told that the matter was being attended to you got abusive and repeatedly insulted staff, the company and everything about us.
We do not have to endure your abuse and neither should anyone else - paying for a services entitles you to have your services hosted and online, not being verbally abused.

You claimed restored the database and user you deleted, the home page does not requires any database to run, because home page was was running you claimed you restored everything. When check database and was still not there and my clients wanted to use my services, i recreated database and user you deleted, but still there were problems and errors.
You said i insulted you employees, what i have said that you are claiming i insulted your employees?
I said that your service sucks, i could not take it anymore your evil services. When you said i deleted my website what do you mean? i cleared everything in wwweroot because my code was not working well, so i wanted to have a fresh upload, after afresh upload it was no longer working, you said i deleted my website and should pay.
You know what? I don't want to hear anything about this company, i moved on, i found a new host. When i think about this company my blood boils.
To be honest you have fast servers, my systems were running well. But i experienced an evil service, am still feeling angry even now, but will be healed.
