Tutto bene per due anni e poi la tragedia! UPD: risolto
Dopo due anni di onorato servizio, ora la mia VPS è irraggiungibile da un mese e l'assistenza è praticamente inesistente, rispondono ogni settimana circa linkando howto e trattando il cliente come un ignorante!
VPS Offline a livello di rete, non funziona nemmeno il rescue system perché fallisce il network boot e l'assistenza continua a dire che va tutto bene e che io non sono capace!
AGGIORNAMENTO: ieri dopo aver scritto un po' di recensioni negative hanno risolto tutto e mi hanno offerto un mese gratis per il disservizio

Ho provato negli anni diversi provider e ho avuto esperienze poco positive soprattutto con il supporto ma in Contabo ho trovato cortesia e professionalità.
Il supporto di Contabo è sempre stato gentile e professionale nel rispondere alle mie richieste.
Il servizio è praticamente sempre up, non ho quasi mai avuto down, il prezzo è ottimo così come la sicurezza di supportare l'autenticazione a due fattori per accedere al pannello di controllo.
Ottimo anche il pannello di controllo per gestire il VPS e la possibilità di utilizzare Plesk o altri pannelli di gestione, gratuiti o con piani a pagamento per i servizi web.
Consiglio vivamente Contabo, senza non saprei come fare.

With the old website, we pay 4,99€ VAT Included, with the new website we pay 4,99€ + VAT. Only the country outside Europe pay the original price of 4,99€. How Contabo has done that? They has increased the price or simple doesn't never paid the vat before the launch of the new website?

Ciao, si, dalla mia personale esperienza le VPS Contabo sono veramente performanti e garantiscono le risorse dichiarate.
Io utilizzo la VPS oltre che per host di sito web, e-commerce, anche per back-office aziendale, Git e piattaforma IoT e mi ci sono trovato benissimo.
Lo storage SSD è reale.
Abbinando un pannello, io ho scelto plesk, le funzionalità si espandono.
Fino ad ora è stata la mia scelta migliore.

Questo provider è stato trovato in seguito a varie ricerche per VPS economiche ma con prestazioni almeno superiori a un host shared (1 core e un 2gb di ram per un VPS non hanno senso). Davvero soddisfatto dell'acquisto nonostante qualche procedura non immediata e alcuni settaggi grezzi il prezzo è imbattibile e la VPS eccezionale.
