DigitalBerg have the best plan and support i have ever seen. i am using their free hosting plane and i have never face any issue with that and they are always respond to tickets.
I had to wait 3 full days for the VPS to get uploaded off the bat. They have the worst support I've ever dealt with, and by worst I mean almost non-existent. They haven't had a tweet, or any social presence since 2018 which sadly I found out about after I purchased the plan. If I could rate lower than a 2/10 I would but I can't seem to be able to do that. Do NOT make the same mistake I did and buy this host. They look like they have a good pricing but it's not worth the hassle and hoops you have to go through to get everything set up. I'm a week into the hosting and still haven't had it all set up and I've gotten 0 help from the support team throughout any process.
Regarding 3 days: you provided wrong details, therefore, we have to do security check and we have informed you clearly that it will take 24 hours or more and on top, we mentioned that if you not happy we can refund the money. You didn't reply to our ticket( we have full evidence to show it here). So please stop misleading!
Secondly, you bought the unmanaged server and asking for Third-party app support, not for server. Third-party apps are out of our scope or any other hosting provider! Still, we have tried to help you. Regards
The can't bill properly. I tried to pay per year, they tried to double (and once triple) bill me. Their support is terrible and they treat you like an idiot. I received an email informing me they were going to migrate my site to a different server. I asked if there's anything I need to do to prepare and SPECIFICALLY MENTIONED updating my DNS to reflect a new IP (they make me pay a large amount for a static IP). They said no. Of course after the migration the static IP had changed which left my site down until I noticed (they didn't even check to ensure site was accessible following their botched migration). You want to absolutely stay away from this company.
