I had an incredibly disappointing experience with InMotion Inc hosting. I reached out to their sales chat to inquire about their web hosting plans, and the sales agent, Danny, claimed to have 13 years of experience but exhibited shockingly unprofessional behavior. I asked a simple question about whether their shared hosting supports Imunify360 + CloudLinux + LiteSpeed, and he couldn't provide a straightforward answer, insisting that I needed to buy a VPS and even shared a link to an official license buying site. He adamantly denied that such features were available in shared hosting plans, demonstrating a lack of knowledge. This encounter left me with no desire to proceed with a purchase, as I believe that if this is how they treat potential customers before making a payment, their post-payment support is likely to be just as disappointing. Despite multiple attempts to communicate clearly, I received nothing but rude and unhelpful responses from Danny. I frequently see their ads on Facebook, and while I had planned to make a purchase, this experience has solidified my decision to steer clear of InMotion Inc hosting. My review may not encompass all of the details, but it reflects the unprofessionalism and lack of communication I encountered during my interaction with their sales representative. This is truly one of the worst experiences I've had in my 16 years of web development.

IMH Shared Email Servers End Up In Spam Databases, Causing My Email to Be Rejected
I've been an IMH customer for 10 years and been generally satisfied with their service. But over the last six months, I have been getting increasing amounts of email rejected by yahoo, aol, mac, outlook, and others because IMH's shared email servers have been registered in various spam databases, including SpanHaus.
Over these last six months I have filed numerous tickets with support, seeking a solution. Support, each time I file a ticket, "rotates" the email server IP address. Things work fine for a couple of weeks, then the new IP address ends up in a spam database and I start getting rejected emails again. This last time, it was only two days after I filed the ticket that I started getting rejections.
IMH support has been no help. Their "solutions" are: 1) Keep filing tickets each time I get a kick back and they will rotate IP addresses. 2) Upgrade to a VPS package at $140 more per year and with resources I don't need. 3) Move my email to Google Gsuite.
What they haven't been able to do is tell me why they cannot get their email servers out of spam databases. I can only guess that this is because they are hosting spammers and not doing a good enough job of blocking them. Doesn't matter, I need a new ISP.
