We bought 5 servers a month ago, they asked for ID verification which we gave them - we are still waiting for these servers. We have made multiple attempts to contact them via Tickets, they just close the tickets without any explanation or resolution - its been over a month now and we have nothing. Id highly suggest avoiding.
My site is hosted with Kimsufi. I can't access to it. I can't access to Kimsufi.com either. what's going on? I have been with the site for a few years. This hasn't happen before.
first kimsufi did not delivered the order (privde the server). then after order cancel they did not refund the amount of full year (192 euros). Kimsufi is just a group of scammers. I work for an organization, and its my 1 months salary they steal from me.
There Dedicated OVH Servers and VPS's are great/ I don't know what people mean about them getting attacked. Cause you manage your server. As well as the staff. My server was not responding. But that was only 1 time. And my server was just built. And now my Dedicated Server is fast now that they fixed it. And never had to report an issue ever again. There amazing and I truly would use them.
I've been using Kimsufi for projects off and on for probably 6-10 or more years now. I always have a good experience. They've improved their automation and hardware over the years. I had a server in Canada for a time, and it was still fast for me when I moved to Asia. Their French servers are also top of the line, and connection is very reliable. Their support staff has also improved (mostly the same crew they've always had, but they're learning to communicate more politely).
The only con I have against them is the setup fee. For short term projects (2-3 months), I'd love to use them more frequently than a VPS, but because of the setup fee, I have to go and use some LEB servers. I hope they'll change this sometime.
Overall, great - cheap servers and not bad hardware. (Make sure to install smartmontools to see how old the drives are - on any server you ever rent)

I OVH customer has three years, I decided to buy a KS server, the release took two days, my first support ticket took 2 days to get an answer, they confusingly shows details that do not offer on your shopping page, do not offer the service accurate and did not return my money, I tried to transfer the funds to my account OVH it was also not possible.
These scum bags are nothing but scamming hackers. I ran across a variant of their virus, dissected it, and found an IP address that leads back to this site. They do nothing but take your card numbers, and take your money... that's it.
I'm sorry for the money you lost... I know it isn't much of a comfort, but if it helps any... I have a nice little group of friends that are going to start following this trail and find out where it ends... and the misery suffered by the person(s) that did this ... will be a thousand times that of losing $60 or so... I promise you that...
They don't offer Dedicated Support or fast Responses. Although they offer tickets. They don't offer fast support. There main goal is just to keep there Hardware fast and cheap for mostly use of Students.
