I changed my mind about a domain I purchased and requested a refund shortly after buying it. My request was fulfilled promptly within the day on a Sunday! Excellent customer support and responsiveness!

I cannot use my email account for more than 72 hours now and still haven't received any support!! Issued 3 tickets, received no response. Live chat option does not work on mentioned times! Very disappointing!

i had had an issue with my SSL as i don't know much about hosting & bulling web sits. they made it so easy for my & they solved my issue instantly. i bought SSL service through Name.com & on page website. apparently, they don't match. i needed technical support & the fixed my issue . pulse, they refunded my payment.
