march 2023 i purchased the cpanel reseller from this provider. Later i could feel that the support is too bad.
I could see only one person always in the support chat. Even a registered user or guest user can only find this person.
I used paypal payment while i purchase and i could see the amount paid gone to the support person's account.
I short i could see that this is a one man show service.
The ticket raised with high priority didnt open even after one hour. The are cheep in price and cheep in support.
