Misleading pricing for domain registration. Price for domain is shown as the final price, but when you proceed and want to pay the price has changed. They don't let you bye a (.DK) domain without their DNS and they charge you for creating it. The issue has been there for years. I filed a complaint to the danish authorities back in 2017. Simply.com support is rude and ignores the obviously facts.
I regretted the domain and wanted to buy another one instead. Simply.com's support answered almost immediately, did ALL the work of transferring my homepage to the new domain and suite and even gave me some tips on how to increase the performance of my homepage. All in 1 day, all for free. I am amazed!
This is an excellent choice if you are just hosting a simple site like me. I haven't tried them with anything more advanced, but since they are so affordable they may not be perfect for you. Regarding my site, however, I believe they are the best hosting provider in Denmark.
While I am very happy with my hosting experience, I did almost not go with this company because choosing my signup process was actually confusing. I didn't need them to do my actual page design. Once I got it figured out, however, everything was great. For those in Denmark, this is a wonderful company to work with.
