Websiteplex is a scam, it is so obvious that there is one person behind it who is cheating people, they have taken my money and not accepting to refund within 5 days of purchase, the reason why I want a refund is that they are not able to migrate my websites to their servers.
I highly recommend not dealing with them at all, at the time of writing this review, I am at day 7 from the day of purchase.
They even disabled the ability to request a service cancellation within the wHMCs client area.

There is no such thing that the work has already proceeded.
I do not need your service, and I wouldn't have purchased it if there were no 30 days money back.
so, please proceed with the cancellation, I am assuming you are a reputable company and such companies do not treat their client this way cause they care about their name and reputation.

It's your decision for us to not complete it which does not mean we are not compensated for work already done. As a side note, cPanel is going to continue increasing licensing fees which will force all providers of cPanel to raise pricing over time. It's a wise decision to go with DirectAdmin, no matter which host you choose. Because we processed work at your request your request for a refund can not be processed.
Your account will remain open for the duration of 1 year and we will still process a migration should you decide to in the future.

it was my mistake coming to your company and trust you, I need to cancel this order and get my money back, it seems you are a one-person company and not a true company.
and I assure you, building a reputable company for your future is not going to succeed by looking to the short term of gaining money, you are damaging your company's reputation by doing so, I never had such treatment before, I have ordered Hostgator before I came to you, and they did a full restoration of all of my account, only delaying in their reply for my ticket for some days what made me ask for a refund and they did a refund within 5 minutes, now I thought you are a company like all other companies.. but it seems it's a one-man show company that cares only for few dollars and not looking to the big picture.
I am asking you to refund my money, this is my right, no matter what efforts you put into it, you could have asked me for an additional fee upfront for your work but you did not (just like other companies) and this is considered as a free service since it was not asked in the beginning, and since I am still in the first 30 days, I have the full rights to get my money back.
So please proceed with that, I also had my time wasted here with very slow tickets work and updates, while the website it is stating 24/7 support, nothing is true so far, so refund my money to consider at least that this company does what its promise,

I did not expect much due to their pricing model, but over the past year service and support has been outstanding. I'm getting better service then I have in the past paying more from competing hosts. Outstanding!
Servers: Usually go down about 5 hours a day Support: Ran buy one guy with pretty much no experience with customer support, refused refunds although they said 30 day money back guarantee with all services but you know it’s a bad company so.
