after a while, I found that it was high value for money, and it's best for me to host WordPress sites. It offers me a quite useful stuff named WordPress Toolkit where I could manage my sites pretty easy and a set of tools to keep my sites safe. BTW, the Bisend's support is quite responsive.

st experiences I have had with companies. If you don't believe me, try it yourself now for one cent for a month, using the code INTSERV when purchase any of VPS or shared hosting. If you do not like it then you are free. But I swear that I did not suffer with them as I suffered with other companies at all. There is direct chat, they will respond to you immediately if you have an inquiry, and if they cannot provide support via chat, they open a ticket for you and respond to it quickly as well. One of the best features is also that you can host an unlimited number of domains on the account, or even 25 domains, and this is a feature I did not find in many companies. Try it now, you won't lose anything. It is really special.

Here is the detail issue happening and all following are true issues, the company Bisend (Light Red Tech Co., Ltd, ray.zheng(ad)racent.com) refuses to reply and refund. All issue keep coming up and said already fix. For your consideration, please share this to others. They are really not selling what they are describing. We are totally disappointed from their service. May 2020, ftp port fail. no dedicated ip, Switch between 21 and 10021 . June 2020, ftp port fail. Switch between 21 and 10021 . July 2020 , ftp port fail. Switch between 21 and 10021 . Nov 2020, ip change without telling, no file able to upload Dec 2020, ftp able to connect, but fail to list, disk full could not upload. Website told customer harddisk no limitation of disk size Bisend (Light Red Tech Co., Ltd, ray.zheng(ad)racent.com) team, please stop to lie to customer. It is wasting time of doing this. erminated my server without any prior notice. I was hosting around 30-40 websites of my clients. The reason provided was one of the website was indulge in scam activities. Now the are disconnecting my chats and asking me to connect with the through mails only.
