always reply within an hour, (at any hour of the day) but in most cases, they reply in 10 minutes. They don't hassle me for logs or screenshots, or anything else, they just handle my request quickly. Many of my requests, I could do myself in my control panel; they still do it and then show me how I can do it on my own next time. I'm spoiled by their service. My website that gets about 1000-2000 unique visitors per day, has never gone down.
