her services before them and being dissatisfied, LW is a God send. Their services are competitive, but what really puts them above and beyond the competition is their customer service. They're responsive, attentive, and always make things right, no matter what time of day it is or the time zone I'm in. In my opinion, they're the best out there, by far.

d neglected to inform me of their strategy, their work was in error and nearly useless. When I complained, they stated that they would only help if I purchased additional services. This was clearly stated on numerous occasions. This is extortion.

Now, as I attempt to move my website to WordPress, they have completely taken down my site. On my accounts page, there are several different charges for different features. Now that my site has been completely removed, I am being told that what was described as just an editing tool is really the entire site itself. They refused to return my site for even a short period of time and also refused to refund the charges I just paid. Their business practices are disgusting at best and maliciously misleading at worst. They have no interest in abiding by information initially provided and only care about the amount of additional dollars they can extract from small business owners. |

I will tell my experience with this company from the beginning,

pany offers like (2GB Ram, 2 CPUs Cores) but after I examined these resources I discovered that this is the big lie. I ran a Magento site in this hosting despite all the limitations in it and every time I open Magento backend I get "Resource Limit Reached" message.

Second is the hell of the support guy who thinks that he is the only person on the planet that knows how to run a server and nobody knows. when I screenshot the problems and prove it they don't even say "Thank you" or "We are sorry for this mistake" they just try to resolve it after a rude speech. Finally I decided to move to another hosting company and want to download server backup, They said you should backup your sites your self, However, I did it and when I started to download the files, I discovered that the max download speed does not reach 500Kbps and imagine how does it take time to download such 50GB of files. When I asked them for the support they said - as usual - we can not do any thing and you are the only customer that complains about the download speed. Finally I want to attach a pice of the replies that I was getting from them here: https://ibb.co/CnRrZ73 They closed my account without any warning and they didn't let me complete downloading my backups! |
