Obsługa klienta okłamała mnie, że wykonali te czynności ale serwer nie działa. Udało mi się przez telefon zmienić hasło root i wykonać te dwie czynności - serwer jak zawsze wstał.
FIRMA HOMECLOUD.PL NIE POWINNA MIEĆ PRAWA DO PROWADZANIA DZIAŁALNOŚCI HOSTINGU ITP. Oszuści, serwery cały czas nawalają, na reklamację odpowiedzieli, że "nie mają nic do zarzucenia obsłudze klienta". Kłamstwo i nieróbstwo to u nich "nic do zarzucenia".
Sprawa leci do sądu, rozmowa z konsultantem była nagrana. NIECH NIGDY NIC NIE PRZEKONA WAS DO HOMECLOUD.PL - ICH DZIAŁALNOŚĆ POWINNA ZOSTAĆ ZAKAZANA.
