Bought a Windows M hosting plan. They had issues with the Plesk server, so for 10 days our developers were on hold because we couldn't access the server. 10 days!
On the 11th day they still hadn't fixed the problem but found... Vairāk a walk around. Then, the real fiasco began - nothing worked. Constant glitches.
On top of that, you buy a plan, and later on when you find out half of the expected services are missing, support tells you, quoting: "I would suggest to instead purchase a Dedicated Server or a Virtual Server, and purchasing a full license for Plesk."
Given that I have a very simple Wordpress website I have developed in a staging environment and simply had to migrate it, and I was told by their support prior to purchasing that the plan I'm getting suffices.
Fast forward 12 days, we're exchanging emails back a forth, and they keep insisting they can't refund me, even though they completely messed up on their end.
This is the most terrible hosting provider I've not only ever encountered, but ever heard of. Mazāk
