I use their services since 2015 (5$, 10$ and 40$ plans) in Amsterdam data centre.

h support, had outages but EVERY outages were planned (they send email about planned outages). Performance is good - based on synthetic testing and real life scenario (requests/sec, real life scenario: enterprise webapp with lot of users, CPU and memory intensive tasks), results were better than measured @ more popular companies.
They have a nice API so I can schedule backups, snapshots etc. through literally any application.
I was browsing through reviews... I can download ALL invoices they generate. Payments are automatic, so be wise which plan you choose and be sure to destroy your instance. They don't charge your credit card unless you have instances (powered off instances do count too). Someone wrote they won't open ports. AFAIK they block port 25 by default on every instances, but you can request a support ticket to open port25 (took them about 1 day to reply and open port 25 - yes, support is a bit slow). A wise advice... RTFM. Everything is in ToS or their wiki page.
And FFS please use 2FA everywhere, configure your firewall properly and protect everything with fail2ban. They provide VPS support, everything else is your responsibility.
And you know, the best part: if your VPS is outdated, eg. there is a better plan for 10$ than your 3 years old 10$ instance, you can upgrade to use the newest 10$ plan with larger storage etc. without data loss. Only thing I miss: storage instances.
If you have any question, please feel free to ask.
