Great for Agency Hosting

are incredible and the uptime was my biggest surprise. Support has been great when I needed it, there was one time that the support agent couldn't resolve my issue and had to escalate it to someone over email. This issue was resolved a couple of hours later. Overall, the experience has been great, and the pricing beats what I was paying over at Flywheel for a similar agency hosting plan. I also have a couple of test accounts on their shared hosting product. This product has seen some great improvements over the past year and is quite impressive as well.

That longevity speaks for itself and is one of the reasons I trusted them with this migration. Sandra and Rahul were both extremely helpful throughout the process. The migration itself was handled professionally, and when I uncovered an issue during post-migration testing, the team stayed engaged and continued working through them until everything was functioning correctly. What stood out to me was that they didn't simply complete the migration and close the ticket. They worked with me through the validation process, investigated the issues I found, made the necessary adjustments, and communicated clearly throughout the process. As someone who manages and develops my own sites, I performed extensive testing after the migration, including website functionality, databases, uploads, email services, SSL certificates, and API integrations. The support team remained responsive and helpful until every item I tested was working properly. The migration was completed successfully, and I was very satisfied with the level of support I received. Sandra and Rahul both did an excellent job, and I appreciate the time and effort they invested in making sure the transition was completed correctly. After more than 15 years as a customer, experiences like this are a big reason I continue to use InterServer. Email is not reliable

We have not had incoming mail working for 2 days. Yesterday I phoned them to tell them our email was not being received. They made a few changes on ...

the server and said that it would fix itself in the next 4 to 6 hours. Nothing changed. Next day, still no mail so I called again. After making more changes on the server and making us change all our passwords (13) they told me it would be fixed in 30 minutes. Nothing changed. I called back again and more changes were made on the server. I was told it would now take 24 hours for the changes to propagate. This will be three days our business is without any email. Not sure if your business could go that long with no email, but this is ridiculous. We are now expected to wait until tomorrow afternoon (the third day) to see if it is fixed this time. I'm not holding my breath, but I am researching a new hosting company.

ion. Their response only mentioned some vague “security parameters” they cannot share — basically shutting me out without any transparency. It is absurd that a company that claims to be developer-friendly treats potential paying customers this way. I could have been a serious, loyal, and even promoting customer for their platform, but apparently they prefer to reject people without justification. On top of that, it’s not even straightforward to request the permanent deletion of personal data — which is unacceptable when it comes to privacy and compliance. If this is how DigitalOcean welcomes new users, I can only strongly advise others to stay away. There are far better and more respectful alternatives out there.

I had a very disappointing experience with InterServer. I paid for two separate accounts, but after requesting cancellation for only one of them, b...

oth accounts were closed without my consent. I never asked for the second account to be canceled, and suddenly I lost access to a service I had already paid for. What is even more frustrating is the lack of proper communication and support. Instead of resolving the issue, I was left without clear answers or a solution. I requested to escalate the matter and speak with a manager, but this was not properly addressed. This situation feels unprofessional and unfair. Closing a paid account without explicit permission is not acceptable, especially when it affects business operations. I hope the company improves its customer support and internal processes, as this experience was very disappointing.
