er service became terrible and my server kept crashing... (I mean ... over and over and they couldn't/wouldn't fix it). A friend recommended Hivelocity and I can't tell you how glad I am!!!!! Amazing customer service, FAST servers, great pricing - the entire process of moving was fairly seamless and the ongoing support I've had has been excellent. Have been with them for 6 months - couldn't be more pleased.

URL. They won't transfer the email or website builder and it's not pro-rated (Go Daddy keeps those thousands of dollars, then wants to charge the new buyer to purchase them again). Total scam!

heir services and its quality is now longer good. I moved from SoftLayer to Hivelocity many years ago. I was used to a first class service at SoftLayer and at that time Hivelocity didn't disappoint me. They price was just right and my account manager was always in touch with me. They even had a lifetime affiliate program which made bring some customers along with me. Now their support simply doesn't care anymore. The "lifetime" affiliate program has come to an end and they refuse to pay me the money I am entitled to receive. If you are considering Hivelocity, please look somewhere else. They are not who they used to be anymore...
