r a few days the ticket get closed and when called back they respond that the old ticket cannot be reopen and so to raise a new ticket. As on date. it 8 Months and almost 14 hours on call with the technicians since the tickets has been raised but no resolutions has been made yet.
And the worst part is that they never respond to your mails.

I think it is totally unfair to existing customers, Hsotinger knows established websites won't transfer their website because it can cause errors and Hostinger is taking advantage of the situation.
