r a few days the ticket get closed and when called back they respond that the old ticket cannot be reopen and so to raise a new ticket. As on date. it 8 Months and almost 14 hours on call with the technicians since the tickets has been raised but no resolutions has been made yet. And the worst part is that they never respond to your mails.
