Had nothing but issues with this company's unbelievably rude and obnoxious customer service. I've been with them over 2 years, have servers in multiple locations and have given them a lot of business. Jimmy Lu is the most unp... Vairāk rofessional rep I have ever come across in this industry and there's no close second. He responds with the most useless and careless, most obvious careless attitude offering zero solution for the problems his company actually caused (very often too). I would stay far away from them. Their positive reviews are rumored to be "bought" and their customer service is abysmal.
Recent experience, server goes down with major packet loss. Waited over 24 hours and the only response is a lie that there is no suitable replacement. No response to the ticket for nearly 24 hours after I asked them to UPGRADE to a dual CPU that showed 'in stock' online and the response I got from Jimmy was merely trying to get me to cancel all my remaining servers. This guy is a piece of work and obviously has some "issues". Disgraceful and ungrateful and unprofessional. Shame on you Jimmy Lu from disgraceful Psychz Network. Mazāk
