I've been with Leaseweb for almost 4 yours now and never had any outages on their side. Recently i had my first HDD Failure, and i was afraid it would take a while, because it happend on saturday evening 23:00 and i did not b... Vairāk uy any additional SLA. But i opened the ticket saturday night.
and the HDD was replaced, hot, without a reboot or downtime. And once i woke up on sunday, my RAID 5 was already rebuilding. Mazāk

Always answered tickets quickly with helpful answers, only closing when the issue was truly solved. Never had any reliability problems or downtime.

I have a hosting plan with TMDhosting but I haven't been pursuing my website and cancelled the domain. Suddenly, I saw in my email that they have charged my credit card for another year of hosting. I was shocked about it and ... Vairāk upset. I inquired about it and requested that I be refunded for the following reasons:
1. It's difficult financial times during Covid. The money charged can greatly help us with more important expenses.
Their take: Its their rule. I said there is always an exception if your company has a heart, you would consider that. They said their clients want it auto renewed because they don't want downtime. I said, still, I am not same as all your other clients so you should consider. They never did.
2. They didn't remind us about it before the due date. I have seen articles online that talked about legal cases because companies needed to remind their clients before renewing even if they're on auto-renew. In my case, there wasn't any auto-renew options.
Their reply: It was in the contract. Who would read those long contracts? Does anybody do? I said if that was the case it should have been straightly said right from the start and that they needed to remind because obviously, I wasn't needing that hosting anymore. Still, they insisted.
I don't like the way they do this thing. I am going to use my hosting because it's gonna be wasted. I have to make another site just so it's going to be useful. However, if I need to go on with my site next year, I am going to move my website to another hosting company and would never use this hosting company again. Mazāk
